Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdGentz platform operated by AdGentz ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Service Description
AdGentz is an AI-powered platform that provides automated monitoring and optimization recommendations for Google Ads accounts. Our service analyzes your existing Google Ads campaigns and delivers actionable insights to help reduce wasted ad spend and improve campaign performance. AdGentz is a recommendation tool — it does not automatically execute changes to your campaigns without your approval.
2. What's Included
Your AdGentz subscription includes the following services:
- Automated waste detection across search terms, keywords, and placements
- Negative keyword recommendations based on search query analysis
- Bid and budget optimization guidance driven by performance data
- Daily performance reports delivered via email
- Access to a dedicated Looker Studio dashboard for your campaigns
3. What's NOT Included
The following services are outside the scope of your AdGentz subscription:
- Campaign creation or structural campaign build-outs
- Display Network or YouTube campaign management
- Conversion tracking setup, tag implementation, or analytics configuration
- Landing page design, development, or A/B testing
- Creative production (ad copy writing, image or video creation)
4. Liability and Approval of Recommendations
AdGentz provides recommendations only. All recommended changes to your Google Ads campaigns — including negative keywords, budget adjustments, bid changes, and pause/enable actions — require your explicit approval before execution. You retain full control of your Google Ads account at all times.
AdGentz is not liable for any changes in campaign performance, ad spend fluctuations, revenue impact, or business outcomes resulting from the implementation (or non-implementation) of our recommendations. Campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, seasonality, and your broader business strategy. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results and that AdGentz makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
5. Data Handling
AdGentz accesses your Google Ads account on a read-only basis through a secure Google service account connection under a Manager Account (MCC). We do not have the ability to make unilateral changes to your campaigns. Key data handling practices:
- Read-only API access — we can observe and analyze but not modify without your action
- Campaign data is stored in Google BigQuery with strict access controls and client-isolated datasets
- Your data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party
- Data is used solely for delivering the services described in these Terms
- You may revoke our access at any time by removing our service account from your Google Ads account

6. Pricing and Billing
AdGentz is offered at a flat fee of $199 per month, billed in advance. This price covers all services described in Section 2 with no percentage-of-spend fees, no setup fees, and no long-term contracts. Applicable taxes may be added based on your billing location. Pricing for new subscribers may change over time; your rate is locked in for the duration of your active, uninterrupted subscription.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your AdGentz subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that date. We do not offer refunds or pro-rated credits for partial billing periods. After cancellation, access to your dashboard and reports will be revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of AdGentz after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
